D&E; Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the HVAC service department across Victoria. You will drive performance by uniting people, operations and customer relationships to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Service, you will oversee service operations, lead senior contract managers, supervisors and technicians, and champion safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
