We are looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) ready to step into an impactful leadership role. The ECT would also be the Educational Leader and will guide the team, foster excellence in early learning, and uphold high-quality educational standards.

Full-time role with mixed on floor and off floor responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the educator team in designing and implementing an engaging, play-based curriculum
- Maintain high compliance standards aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Manage programming, documentation, and time effectively to support seamless room operations
- Foster collaborative relationships with families, staff, and the wider community

About you





- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Experience as an Educational Leader for minimum 2 years
- Proven track record of navigating the Assessment & Rating process with a minimum outcome of Meeting National Quality Standard
- Strong leadership capability to mentor educators, inspire growth, and guide curriculum development
- Exceptional time efficiency, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented, team-first mindset
