Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent starter to join our team of Fraud/AML professionals in ITSM’s growing Risk Management department.

What you’ll be doing:

The role involves, but is not limited to –

- Account screening to identify and action fraudulent customer profiles
- Identification and investigation of suspicious/unusual behavioural indicators
- Enhanced Due Diligence screening and reporting on high value / high risk accounts
- Employing open-source intelligence gathering techniques to mitigate fraud and AML risks
- Liaising with the business and other stakeholders on Fraud, AML/CTF matters
- Compiling chargeback reports & data entry/reconciliation of charged back/disputed transactions against customer accounts




- Screening and profiling of new and existing customer accounts for Fraud and AML risks

Desired Skills / Experience:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Methodical and systematic approach to work and time management
- Enthusiasm and an ability to be agile and adapt quickly to new business/operational requirements
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
