Endeavour Group is seeking a pragmatic, human-centered Return to Work Manager to lead injury management and WA workers' compensation strategies across Western Australia. You will partner with store and venue leaders, insurers, and external providers to build proactive, recovery-focused claims plans.

You’ll design tailored RTW plans, stay updated on WA legislation, and collaborate with Safety & Risk and People teams to support secure, timely returns and sustainable outcomes for our team members.
