Elect Capital is hiring an Underwriter to assess credit risk across SME deal flow. You will analyse financials, bank data, and open banking feeds to determine serviceability and cash flow, and apply policy with speed and accuracy.

You'll work with sales, broker partners, ops, and credit to structure offers that balance risk and commercial value, escalate edge cases, and maintain meticulous underwriting records in our CRM.
