The Payroll Agency is seeking a stand-alone Payroll Manager to own end-to-end payroll for a fluctuating construction workforce across multiple projects in Sydney. This role is hybrid, based from our Sydney CBD office, and requires you to drive efficiencies in a complex award-heavy setting.
You’ll interpret awards and EBAs, manage compliance (PAYG, super, payroll tax, STP, workers compensation), onboard and offboard staff as projects change, and act as the payroll expert across the business.
