The Queensland Government is seeking a Senior Vendor and Contracts Officer to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Department customers, stakeholders and ICT vendors, delivering proactive contract management and clear, concise guidance.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of ICT contracts, address vendor performance issues with KPIs/SLAs, support procurement activities such as invitations to offer and software renewals, and use ServiceNow to enable effective contract
