- Deep Marketo/CRM Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, advanced experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred) in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- An AI-First Mindset: You don’t just want to build workflows; you want to build agentic workflows. You have a strong appetite for using AI tools to solve traditional MarOps problems.
- Systems Thinking: You possess a “first principles” problem-solving approach. You can see how data flows through the entire MarTech ecosystem and understand how to build solutions that scale.
- CRM Proficiency:



Robust working knowledge of Salesforce, specifically how it integrates with MAPs (Marketo preferred).
- Operational Discipline: High autonomy with a focus on delivering value over volume.
- Growth & Improvement Mindset: You possess an insatiable curiosity about the “why” and a relentless obsession with continuous improvement.
