Job Description:

- What You'll Do:

- Monitor and maintain health, performance, and reliability of systems; respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
- Upgrade clusters and microservices; deploy patches, update configurations, and recover from failures.
- Contribute to monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident analysis; write automation scripts in Go and other languages.
- Collaborate with product engineering and customer support to troubleshoot production issues; mentor and grow skills within the team.
- Learn through mentorship and knowledge-sharing; operate in a high-trust workplace with autonomous time management.

What You'll Need:

- 3+ years in site reliability engineering, platform engineering,



or infrastructure operations with distributed systems experience.
- Proficiency in at least one language (Go, Python, Java, etc.) and cloud experience (AWS, OCI, GCP).
- Experience with monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, and capacity planning; strong written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to balance operational stability with feature delivery; strong ownership mindset.

- Bonus Points: experience with telemetry, log management, SIEM, streaming platforms, Kubernetes/Docker; cybersecurity familiarity.
