The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) is seeking a Family Healthcare Support Worker for community/home-based care of complex needs children. You will provide direct care, assist with daily activities, and help families manage medical needs in the child’s own home and community settings.

Applicants should have robust English skills, reliable transport, and the ability to work independently with families, supported by the Family Healthcare Support Team and Education Team.
