Remedial Massage Therapist (Private Practice / Musculoskeletal)

Physical Edge Healthcare is excited to offer a Remedial Massage Therapist role for Casual or Contractor role.

Physical Edge Healthcare is a multidisciplinary clinic in the coastal town of Thirroul,offering Physiotherapy, Group Classes/Pilates, Dietetics andRemedialMassage.

Key responsibilities include:

- Effective assessment, education and treatment of a diverse range of injuries and conditions
- Liaising effectively and efficiently with team members, patients,doctors, specialists and external departments.

This is a mixed role which may include work in the following areas:

- Orthopaedic rehabilitation
- Sports injuries
- Workers compensation/CTP





Requirements for role:

- Available for 2-3 shifts per week, including Saturday mornings
- Completed Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Have association recognition eg membership with AAMT or other remedial massage or myotherapy industry association
- Registered or able to register with all Health Funds (incl Medibank Private)
- You must have your own professional indemnity insurance
- Experience in managing a wide variety of patients/clients
- Experience in manual lymphatic drainage is a plus
- Strong work ethic to drive growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual
- Experience in a private practice setting
