An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and driven Sales Assistant to join a high-performing residential sales team in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

This is a hands-on, sales-focused role with no general administration component. You'll focus on buyer management, campaign coordination and generating new leads, working closely with an established sales professional in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective purchasers
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate and manage property campaigns
- Assist with open homes, inspections and buyer follow-up




- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Follow up leads and identify potential listing opportunities
- Maintain accurate buyer and campaign information across the team's systems
- Work closely with the sales team to support campaign performance and business growth

What We're Looking For:

- Previous real estate sales or sales assistant experience preferred
- Strong buyer management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
- Strong organisation and campaign coordination skillsPositive attitude, initiative and a genuine drive to succeed
- Mandarin-speaking ability is beneficial but not essential

The Details:

- Location: Eastern Suburbs
- Hours: Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays, with one weekday off
- Salary: $66,000–$72,000 package
- Package Breakdown: Approximately $58,000 base plus car, phone and super entitlements
- Commission: $500 per sale, regardless of personal involvement in securing the sale
- Lead Incentive: $1,500 for leads that convert into a listing
- Systems: Realtime Agent, Campaign Agent and Agentbox
- Role Focus: Buyer management, campaign coordination and prospecting, with no general administration component
