Are you a qualified Mechanical Tradesperson, Fitter & Turner , or recently completed your trade and looking for the right opportunity to launch your career?

We're looking for motivated Trailer Assembly Operators to join our growing team on either Day Shift or Afternoon Shift . Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you'll play a hands-on role assembling precision-engineered aerospace equipment in a modern manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and assembling precision trailer and aerospace equipment from engineering drawings
- Using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment
- Following detailed assembly instructions and technical specifications
- Conducting quality inspections and testing to ensure every build meets the highest standards
- Working collaboratively within a skilled and supportive production team
- Contributing to projects that support Australia's defence and aerospace industries

Desired Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For:

You will ideally:

- Hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification, Fitter & Turner qualification or similar
- Be mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Be eager to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career




- Bring a positive attitude and strong team mentality
