The Role

- You will be responsible for managing payroll for a large workforce distributed across multiple Australian locations while also supporting the HR team with employee lifecycle administration
- Payroll Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Interpretation of awards, NES and employment conditions
- Processing superannuation and payroll-related statutory requirements
- Workers compensation and payroll reporting activities
- Managing employee payroll enquiries
- Payroll reconciliations and compliance support
- HR Administration Responsibilities
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and employment variations
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Supporting employee and manager enquiries relating to leave and employment conditions
- Assisting with HR reporting, process improvements and projects
- Providing support across the HR inbox and broader HR team

About You

- To be successful, you will ideally possess
- Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end payroll
- Experience processing payroll within a multi-site or multi-state environment
- Strong understanding of Awards, NES, superannuation and payroll compliance




- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with payroll and HR systems such as Tanda, Workday or similar would be highly regarded but is not essential

What's on Offer

- Permanent part time position (30 hours across 4 days)
- Hourly rate of $58.71 plus super
- Equivalent full-time salary of approximately $116,000 + super (pro rata)
