Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for existing and new products and services

· Develop and implement marketing strategies, policies, and programs to support business growth and achieve sales targets

· Evaluate market demand and customer preferences by gathering and interpreting statistical data and research findings

· Provide advice on pricing structures, product positioning, promotional activities, and distribution strategies to maximise market opportunities

· Assess pricing models using statistical analysis to determine their potential effects on revenue and profitability

· Plan and manage advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, promote products and services, and support commercial objectives

· Advise management and clients on marketing and advertising approaches tailored to target audiences and market conditions





· Coordinate the development and delivery of advertising materials, including creative content, copywriting, media production, and advertising placements, within agreed budgets and timelines

· Develop and publish digital marketing content across websites and social media channels to support promotional objectives

· Analyse digital campaign results and website performance metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

· Recommend changes to online content and digital strategies to improve search engine visibility and audience engagement

· Monitor marketing campaign outcomes, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations to improve future marketing activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

- Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant industry experience (or equivalent part-time experience)
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, market research, advertising strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop marketing strategies to support business growth and sales objectives
- Competence in market analysis, pricing strategies, campaign performance evaluation, and budget management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and content development skills across digital marketing platforms
- Understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and digital marketing performance metrics.
