Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate sorting, storage, and dispatch of parcels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee the loading/unloading processes.
- Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Track and report on warehouse performance metrics to senior management.
- Oversee training and development of new staff members.

What We’re Looking For:





- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members, drivers, and management.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
- A commitment to high standards of customer service, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
