The MS Frankie Group is seeking a motivated, skilled, and reliable Cook to join our team at LTM Melbourne. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and established standards.
- Assist with menu preparation, daily specials, and seasonal dishes.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet expectations.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and minimize food waste.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure proper food storage, portion control, and efficient use of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.




- Assist with kitchen operations and maintain an organized working environment.

Skills and Requirements

- Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Commercial Cookery.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
- Valuable organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
