About this opportunity

- Day Rate Contract role
- Initial 6 months duration with view to extend
- Open to Sydney or Melbourne based candidates
- Hybrid work (2 days in office)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Management Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead a key strategic initiative supporting the evolution of our advice proposition. Working across retirement, advice and digital, you’ll lead complex delivery spanning the advice operating model, member journeys, digital tools, technology and operational processes.

How do you exceed our expectations?

- You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex retirement and advice initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation.
- Support the evolution of the advice operating model, including how guidance and different levels of advice work together.
- Coordinate changes across retirement products,



operational processes, systems and digital experiences.
- Support the delivery and enhancement of digital retirement tools, including calculators and member-facing journeys.
- Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and key decisions.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Delivery Management Lead within a complex organisation.
- Robust experience delivering business transformation and operating model change.
- Financial services experience, ideally within superannuation, wealth or financial advice.
- Exposure to advice operating models, advice transformation or member/customer advice propositions will be highly regarded.
- Experience delivering initiatives involving both digital and business change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, product, technology and operational teams.
