Casual Café Staff – Saint Willow Café (Opening Soon!)

Saint Willow Café is getting ready to open its doors at Willow Court, and we’re looking for friendly, confident, community‑minded people to join our team.

We’re creating a calm, welcoming hub for locals, tourists, weekend wanderers, and community groups — a place to meet, gather, enjoy good coffee and food, and feel at home in our garden setting. If you love people, love a fast-paced workplace, and want to be part of something new and meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for:

-Warm, approachable personalities who genuinely enjoy talking to people

-Reliable team players who can work across weekdays and weekends

-Individuals who can handle busy periods with a smile

-Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential — we can teach the right person

-Someone who takes pride in presentation, cleanliness,



and creating a great customer experience

-People who want to grow with us as we become a key part of the local community

What you’ll be doing:

-Serving customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere

-Making coffees and drinks (training provided if needed)

-Assisting with food service and general café duties
