Morning Glory Drive Thru is looking for an experienced Head Barista / Duty Supervisor to run the coffee and the floor, and help shape the next chapter of the café.

What we’re offering:

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Making great coffee, fast, and keeping the standard consistent across the team
- Running day-to-day café operations
- Leading and managing 1–2 staff per shift
- All stock ordering and stock control
- Making sure opening, closing and service procedures are followed

What you’ll need:

- Solid barista skills in a high-volume café
- Previous supervisor or shift lead experience
- Your own transport, and the ability to start as early as 5am
