What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing individualised support guided by each person’s NDIS plan
- Assisting with daily living, including personal care, medication, cleaning , meal preparation, attending doctor or hospital appointments and routines,
- Provide personal care and health-related support where needed – this may include stoma care or blood glucose monitoring for specific participants.
- Supporting behavioural and emotional needs using BSPs and de-escalation strategies
- Promoting independence through community access and daily skill-building
- Documenting support provided, behaviours, and progress clearly and professionally
- Building strong relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll report to our Operations Manager and be part of a team of professionals. While you may often work independently on shift, you’ll have full support, training, and supervision to feel confident and prepared.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $48.00 per hour
