Position: Two Chefs

Job Type: Permanent Full time

Salary level: $79,500

Sushi Machi, Japanese Restaurant located in Toowoomba, QLD is looking for passionate and creative Chefs with previous experience, for at least one year to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who can provide a culturally diverse and nutritious menu for our loyal customers. In addition, the right candidate will have the necessary experience and responsibility of managing the other staff.

This position is responsible for assisting with effective management of the kitchen operation in accordance with operating budget, design and executive of brand standard and food safety requirements.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen for at least 1 year- High standard of food quality and presentation- A passion for food, menu planning ideas- Excellent communication- Ability to manage food budgets and ordering ingredients- Ensure hygiene and safety for everyone in the kitchen- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
