About the Role

You’ll join us as aPatient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Gold Coast clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is acustomer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience





What You’ll Be Growing Into

- Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options
- Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making
- Managing treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
- Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education
- Contributing to the overall performance and success of the clinic

About You

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
- Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
