About the role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all shifts. From welcoming guests to managing overnight operations, you will play a key role in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction. This role operates on a rotating roster, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts.

Key responsibilities

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally

Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests across all channels

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Support overnight operations, including basic night audit tasks

Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort during all shifts

Resolve guest concerns promptly and with care

Maintain a clean and professional front office environment

Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations

About you

Previous hotel front office experience preferred

Experience with Opera (Cloud) is highly regarded





Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High attention to detail and a proactive approach

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

RSA certification is an advantage
