Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Kitchen Team as a Kitchen Steward. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hospitality experience, work in a fast paced environment, and become an important part of our busy hotel operation.

As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll play a key role in supporting our kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen, equipment and work areas are kept clean, organised and ready for service. You’ll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to help maintain a safe, efficient and professional working environment.

- A team player who can work well with chefs and other kitchen team members
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene standards




- Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A professional approach and commitment to upholding the Hotel’s standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, public holidays and evenings
- Previous kitchen, cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
