Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Partnership Sales Executive | Mandarin Speaking to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

This full-time/part-time, on-site role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client acquisition initiatives within Mandarin-speaking markets.

The Partnership Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential business partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and other relevant industry contacts.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to expand TMGM’s partner network,



strengthen business relationships, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
- Proven focus on customer service and customer satisfaction in a client-facing environment.
- Experience enhancing customer experience, with a client-centric approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, and manage a rapid-paced, high-volume workload.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and Excel worksheet.
- Relevant education in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $320,000.00 per year
