Sales Consultant – 4WD Accessories

About the Role

Bothwell is a growing supplier of premium aluminium ute canopies, trays and 4WD accessories, based in Campbellfield.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on showroom role where you will help customers choose the right products, prepare quotes and orders, and support the day-to-day operation of the store.

We are open to starting on a Part-Time trial basis, with the opportunity to move into a Full-Time position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in our Campbellfield showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable canopies, trays and 4WD accessories.
- Respond to phone, email and online enquiries.
- Prepare quotes, process sales orders and follow up with customers.
- Provide after-sales and warranty support when required.
- Assist with stock receiving, order picking and dispatch during busy periods.
- Help maintain an organised and professional showroom and store.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service.
- Confident communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone and by email.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn our product range.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on small business environment and assisting with store/warehouse duties when required.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly regarded.
- Interest or experience in 4WD, automotive, camping, trade tools or accessories is highly regarded.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in the 4WD or automotive industry.
- Forklift licence.
- Experience using ERP or inventory systems such as Odoo.
