Kew Bakery is a brand-new bakery and café opening soon at 654 High Street, Kew East VIC 3102.

We are looking for an experienced Bread & Pastry Baker to join our team and help us launch the bakery.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and producing high-quality:

- Sourdough and artisan breads
- Baguettes and other breads
- Croissants and laminated pastries
- Danish pastries
- Sweet and savoury baked products

About the role: Part time, approximately 20–30 hours per week, with early-morning shifts across Monday to Saturday. Exact roster can be discussed with the right candidate. Our planned shop trading hours are approximately 7:00 am–2:00 pm.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, passionate about baking,



maintains excellent food-safety standards and can consistently produce quality products.
