About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Coordinator to join our growing NDIS team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about participant-centred supports and ready to expand their leadership influence within a developing organisation.
You will coordinate NDIS supports, mentor staff, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to service growth and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review participant supports in line with approved NDIS plans
- Develop and monitor individualised, person-centred support plans
- Track budgets and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Support incident reporting and risk management processes
- Supervise and mentor Disability Support Workers
- Liaise with families, allied health professionals, Support Coordinators, and Plan Managers
- Contribute to service development and organisational growth initiatives
About You
✔ Diploma or Degree in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or related field
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience within the NDIS environment
✔ Strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013
✔ Knowledge of NDIS funding categories and compliance requirements
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
✔ Current Working With Children Check
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence
