ABLECARE Staffing are now recruiting Personal Care Attendants and Home Support Workers to fill a variety of roles in our ever-growing company to work in Home care roles in the Shepparton area and surrounds. Our hours are casual so we can offer choices for those wanting wider career experiences and for those who are seeking a work/life balance.
Our current vacancies would particularly suit candidates who are available and flexible to work shifts over the full 24⁄7 working week.
In this role, you may provide a variety of services to our clients, including:
- Personal care and grooming
- Assistance around the home
- Social support
- In-home respite
- Aged care
Candidates for PCA and Home care are required to have;
- Completed or currently undertaking at least Certificate III individual support or comparable. If you are completing your Nursing education you are also eligible to apply.
- A current police check is required
- A current driver’s license,
and reliable car
- Working with Children’s Check
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Mobile phone and email access
- Professional presentation
- Great time management
