LiRo Tree Services is a locally owned, 5 star rated Canberra business providing tree removals, pruning, stump grinding and land clearing across residential and commercial properties in Canberra and Queanbeyan.

We’re looking for a Qualified Arborist or Mid-Apprentice Arborist to join our team full time. If you take pride in secure, quality tree work, enjoy climbing and working outdoors, and want steady hours with a local business that looks after its crew, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced crew, you’ll carry out a range of arboricultural tasks, including:

- Tree removals, including sectional and crane-assisted removals
- Climbing and rigging
- Pruning and trimming, including crown thinning and canopy lifting
- Chipper and stump grinder operation
- Land clearing
- Green waste removal and site clean-up
- Working to SWMS and site safety requirements

You’ll be working across a variety of homes and commercial sites throughout Canberra and Queanbeyan.

What We’re Looking For

- Cert III in Arboriculture,



or currently enrolled and at least halfway through your apprenticeship
- Tree climbing and aerial rescue experience
- Chainsaw tickets
- White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Safety-first attitude and robust work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Pride in a tidy finish on every job
- EWP licence, MR or HR licence, ESI accreditation and first aid certificate are an advantage
