Salon Coordinator | Join Our Friendly Salon Team!

Part-Time | Fridays & Saturdays, with potential additional weekday shifts

We’re looking for a warm, bubbly and organised Salon Coordinator to join our salon team and help create an amazing experience for our clients while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a great eye for detail and enjoys being part of a positive, welcoming salon setting.

Your Hours

- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Additional shifts: There may be opportunities to cover shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming clients with a friendly smile and making them feel right at home
- Managing appointments, bookings and client enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and social media messages
- Supporting our stylists and helping the salon run seamlessly
- Managing payments and keeping client appointments on track
- Keeping the salon looking beautiful, organised and inviting
- Helping create a positive, memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors

- You have a genuine interest in hair, beauty and creating an amazing client experience

Previous hairdressing experience or knowledge of the hair industry is highly desirable! An understanding of hair services, salon terminology and how a salon operates would be a huge bonus.

Experience in salon reception, customer service or administration is also an advantage. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine love for people.

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour
