Pump Haircare is an Australian hair care brand that makes salon-quality products for everyday use. Our online and wholesale orders are growing, and we need a reliable casual team member to help get them out the door quickly and accurately.
The role
You’ll pick, pack and dispatch customer and stockist orders so every parcel arrives right and looks outstanding. Your day-to-day will include:
- Picking orders accurately from pick lists
- Packing orders carefully and to brand presentation standards
- Printing labels and getting parcels ready for courier pickup
- Receiving and unpacking incoming stock, then putting it away
- Flagging damaged stock or stock discrepancies
About you
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate work
- You’re reliable and punctual, and comfortable working on your feet
- You can work at a steady pace during busy periods like sales and Christmas
- Pick/pack or warehouse experience helps but isn’t essential, because we’ll train you
- Need to be available Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
