Snap Fitness Canning Vale Bertram | Personal Trainer

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Bertram, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What the role involves

Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach each client one-to-one. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week,



about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
