CMTL Group is currently seeking 2 experienced Scraper Operators for civil subdivision projects across various locations in Brisbane, QLD.

We are looking for reliable, experienced operators who are available for an immediate start and are confident working in busy civil earthmoving environments.

This opportunity offers approximately 3 months of consistent work, with 10-hour days across multiple Brisbane-based subdivision projects.

Scope of Work

- Civil subdivision and land development works
- Operating scrapers for bulk earthworks and site preparation
- Cut and fill operations across subdivision projects
- Excavating, loading,



hauling and spreading materials
- Site levelling and preparation for residential subdivisions
- Working alongside other mobile plant and ground crews
- Maintaining secure and efficient operating practices
- Completing daily pre-start inspections
- Following site safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience operating scrapers on civil construction or subdivision projects
- Relevant Scraper RII competency/ticket
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous bulk earthworks and subdivision experience
- Strong understanding of civil site safety procedures
- Reliable transport to various Brisbane project locations
- Ability to work 10-hour days
- Available to start ASAP

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
