The Role:

Hilltop Childcare Centre is seeking experienced, qualified Early Childhood Educators at all levels, including Certificate III, Diploma, and Early Childhood Teachers (ECT), to join our expanding team.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality education and care in a supportive, family-focused environment.



Successful candidates will actively contribute to the team, implementing engaging programs and supporting the learning, wellbeing, and development of children.

About the Role:

Certificate III Qualified Educator

- Support the delivery of educational programs
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Diploma Qualified Educator:

- Support and implement educational programs
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

- Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF
- Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
- Work collaboratively with families and educators
