Are you a morning person with a big smile, loads of energy and a genuine love of people?
BoxingFit Port Melbourne is looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team!
We're a busy, well-established boxing and fitness gym with a fantastic community of members. We're looking for someone who can bring positive energy to our front desk and make every member feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
THE ROLE
- Early morning shifts starting at 5:15am, generally 3 hours per shift.
- Between 2 - 5 mornings a week - negotiable
- Flexible schedule, with additional shifts potentially available at lunchtimes and afternoons.
- Welcoming members and creating a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
- Managing memberships, enquiries and general reception duties.
- Using our GymMaster software for day-to-day gym administration.
- Supporting our trainers and helping keep the gym running smoothly.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A natural morning person! Someone who's bright, bubbly and ready to go at 5:15am.
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
- Someone reliable, organised and confident using Canva and Mailchimp is desirable.
- A genuine passion for fitness, people and providing great customer service.
- Experience with GymMaster software would be a big advantage.
- Knowledge of boxing or the fitness industry would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
- Prefer someone who has their own transport as public transport doesn't start early enough to make your 5.15am start time.
