ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our team in a wide-ranging, hands-on position involving general machinery fit-outs, overhead crane fit-outs, mechanical installations and site work.
Working across our workshop and customer sites, you’ll be involved in a range of projects, working alongside an experienced team to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● General mechanical fit-outs of machinery and equipment.
● Overhead crane fit-outs, assembly and installation.
● Mechanical installations and commissioning at customer sites.
● Assist with crane servicing, maintenance and repairs.
● Carry out workshop and site-based mechanical work.
● Use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely.
● Follow technical specifications and safe work procedures.
● Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
● Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

● Current open Australian C-class driver’s licence.
● Own tools suitable for the role.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
● Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.
● Gantry crane operating ticket.
● Forklift licence.
● Previous experience in mechanical fitting, machinery installations or the crane and lifting industry.
