Still & Social is an intimate dining sanctuary nestled in the Dandenong Ranges, where thoughtfully prepared Asian-inspired cuisine meets warm, genuine hospitality.

We are seeking a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Waitstaff / Bartender to join our growing front-of-house team.

Availability from January to March 2027 is essential. Casual shifts and training will be offered throughout the remainder of 2026, with opportunities for more consistent hours from January 2027.

About the Role

- Deliver warm, attentive and qualified guest service.
- Take orders and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, coffee and other beverages.
- Assist with restaurant setup, service and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively to create a seamless guest experience.

About You

- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience is essential.
- Current Victorian RSA certificate is required.
- Barista qualifications or experience are highly regarded.
- Strong availability throughout January–March 2027, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transport due to our Monbulk location.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality.
