About the role:

The Senior HSE Advisor will:





- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop effective relationships that facilitate the successful communication and implementation of Georgiou’s HSE systems
- Lead the development and implementation of project HSE strategies, champion safety excellence and mentor site-based safety personnel to drive continuous improvement.
- Have knowledge of and experience in incident causation investigation methods (ICAM).
- Have experience on projects of a similar character, circa $250M and complexity to the Project.
- Implements and communicates improvements and strategies in response to changes impacting HSE activities
- Maintaining and assisting in the ongoing development of Georgiou’s HSE systems

Your skills and experience:

- Diploma in WHS and at least five years verified relevant experience in safety management within the construction industry
- Knowledge of and experience in incident causation investigation methods.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead a small team, influence, build trust and promote compliance with WHS legislation across project teams.
- Familiarity with MRWA/OMTID infrastructure project safety standards
