VENDING MACHINE FILLER – SYDNEY

Casual role with regular work four days per week
$50 per machine serviced, plus an $80 weekly petrol allowance

About the Role

You’ll service 5–6 vending machines per shift, four days a week, across Sydney shopping centres. Your work will include restocking products, cleaning displays, checking machine operations, and resolving basic technical issues.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys driving, stays calm when problems arise, and is willing to work through technical issues — especially card reader and payment errors. You must also be comfortable using an app to provide accurate updates.

Training is provided, but patience, initiative, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Refill and maintain 5–6 vending machines per shift.
- Keep machines clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Troubleshoot basic card reader, payment, and machine issues using the training provided.
- Follow troubleshooting instructions, communicate issues clearly, and escalate unresolved problems promptly.
- Use an app to record stock levels, completed visits, photos, and maintenance updates.
- Travel between shopping centres and manage your time efficiently.




- Assist with basic warehouse tasks when required.

Requirements

- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Enjoys driving and handles Sydney traffic and shopping centre parking challenges calmly and patiently.
- A growth mindset — open to feedback, willing to learn new skills, and always looking for ways to improve.
- A practical problem-solver who isn’t discouraged by challenges and is willing to work through technical issues.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and keeping accurate records through an app.
- Willingness to learn basic machine and card reader troubleshooting.
- Reliable, trustworthy, organised, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Physically capable of lifting stock and restocking machines.
- Available to commit to regular work four days per week.
- Previous retail, warehouse, vending, or technical experience is an advantage.

- Casual employment with regular weekly work required.

Payment

- $50 per machine serviced.
- $80 per week petrol allowance.
