SafeMate Anti-Slip is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
Duties include:
- Fabricating anti-slip products for stairs, ladders and walkways.
- Measuring and calculating dimensions for cutting and bending sheet metal.
- Applying anti-slip coatings to sheet metal.
- Checking product quality and packing finished products.
- Operating a forklift to move materials and load or unload deliveries.
What we’re looking for:
- A current forklift license.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- A willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Own transport preferred, but not essential.
Hours and employment:
You must be available to work 8:00 am–4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The role will initially be casual, with a view to permanent employment.
Pay: From $38.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
