We are a Canberra owned & run artisan bakery who focuses on delivering high-quality sourdough bread, pastries, and cakes, partnered with the perfect customer service experience for returning and new customers alike. We also proudly serve locally roasted ONA coffee in our store.
About the role
This position is for a Front of House All Rounder at our Fyshwick location. You will be the face of our bakery and a key part of creating the welcoming, community-focused experience we are known for. You will work closely with a passionate team to serve customers, prepare and present our products, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of our bakery.
For those who are interested, the role can also include coffee service alongside our talented barista team.
As a member of the Fyshwick markets, we are only open Thursday-Sunday, giving you 3 consistent days off. Ideally, you will be available for shifts between 6am – 6pm.

A Casual Pay Rate of $33.85 + any applicable penalties.
What you'll do
Greet customers first and create a warm experience.
Serve with speed and accuracy at the counter and coffee station.
Learn product knowledge and recommend the right item for the customer.
Keep the shop clean, organised, and stocked during service.
Support cabinet presentation (cakes/pies) and bread display standards.
Follow hygiene, allergen and safety routines.
