We are seeking a Production Line Operator to join our nut processing facility. Our operations include nut sorting, shelling, and grading using specialised production machinery.
This is a full-time, weekday position offering stable hours and on-the-job training. You will be trained to operate and monitor machinery, ensuring our products meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor nut sorting and shelling machinery
- Learn and follow production processes and procedures
- Ensure product quality through visual and manual inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
- Assist with packing, labelling, and general production tasks as required
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and operate production machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Requirements
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available to work full-time, weekdays only
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience (preferred but not essential)
