We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Sales Assistants who enjoy working with people and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.
At Bakers Delight, you’ll receive ongoing training and development while working alongside a supportive team in a fun, fast-paced bakery environment.
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a delightful experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing friendly, outstanding service
- Merchandising and presenting our delicious bakery products
- Promoting current products, specials and marketing campaigns
- Operating the register and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining a high standard of bakery presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive team environment

- Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts
Required availability
We’re particularly looking for applicants who can work flexible hours after school, on weekends and during school holidays.
Shifts may include early mornings, afternoons and evenings, depending on the needs of the bakery.
