Learning Blocks Child Care Centre is a small, family-owned, 40-place early learning service located in the heart of Quakers Hill, just a short walk from the train station.

We are currently seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III or Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

As a smaller service, we pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with our children, families and educators. We believe in creating a positive and supportive workplace where educators feel comfortable sharing ideas, working collaboratively and continuing to grow professionally.

Above all, the best interests of the children remain at the heart of everything we doAs an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Provide nurturing, responsive and high-quality education and care.
- Support the implementation of engaging, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build secure, respectful and meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Support children's individual routines, developmental needs and growing independence.
- Create and maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Actively contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Be available to work rotating shifts within our centre's operating hours of 7:00am–6:00pm.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).




- Have a genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's learning and development.
- Are warm, patient, nurturing and responsive to children's individual needs.
- Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
- Are reliable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with children, families and colleagues.
- Are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive and child-focused workplace.
- Are open to feedback, professional learning and ongoing development.
- Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
- Have full working rights in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
