Are you an experienced warehouse operator with natural leadership qualities, a hands-on attitude and a knack for keeping things running smoothly?

Lockhart Tile Traders is looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career and take ownership of our Northgate warehouse operations.

Previous leadership experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right attitude, practical skills and someone who leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
- Manage stock control, inventory and stocktakes
- Load and unload freight and containers
- Coordinate freight bookings and deliveries
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse
- Support and guide other warehouse staff

What We're Looking For

- Current forklift licence (essential)




- Solid warehouse and stock control experience
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using computers and inventory systems
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Cin7 experience advantageous but not essential
