About Us

Eliza Park is a well-established Supported Residential Service located in Mount Eliza, providing accommodation, meals and daily living support to residents with a range of care and support needs.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Cook to join our friendly team and help provide nutritious, high-quality home-style meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner meals according to the roster and menu.
- Plan balanced and varied menus that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements, food allergies and modified-texture diets where applicable.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
- Monitor food stock, assist with ordering and minimise food waste.
- Ensure kitchen equipment, cooking areas and storage facilities are kept clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively with management and care staff to support residents’ wellbeing.

About You

- Previous experience as a Cook, preferably in aged care, residential care, hospitality or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to prepare nutritious home-style meals for groups.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, responsible and flexible with working hours.
- Relevant cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
