At Evergreen Dental Care, we’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who brings organisation, initiative and a little personality to our front desk. Someone who remembers the small details, spots what needs doing, and helps patients feel looked after from their first call to their next appointment.

At Evergreen Dental Care, we’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who brings organisation, initiative and a little personality to our front desk. Someone who remembers the small details, spots what needs doing, and helps patients feel looked after from their first call to their next appointment.

Working hours

- Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 am–5:30 pm

- Saturdays: 8:00 am–3:30 pm

No late nights or Sundays.



Your evenings stay yours.

Your day might look like…

- Making first impressions count. Welcoming patients with warmth and helping anxious visitors feel comfortable.

- Working a little diary Tetris. Managing appointments, coordinating clinicians’ schedules and keeping the day running smoothly.

- Being the friendly voice on the phone. Handling enquiries clearly, confidently and with care.

- Keeping the details in order. Processing payments, maintaining accurate patient records and organising follow-ups.

- Connecting the dots. Communicating with clinicians and teammates so patients receive consistent, thoughtful care.

- Lending a hand when needed. Providing clinical support, preparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection control.

Some days will be busy. Your calm head, positive judgement and willingness to help will make a real difference.

You’ll fit right in if you…

- Have experience in dental reception and understand how a dental practice runs.

- Are organised, proactive and comfortable juggling priorities without making patients feel rushed.

- Take pride in getting things right, including the little things.

- Communicate warmly and respectfully with patients and colleagues.





- Own your work, ask questions when needed and follow through.

- Enjoy being part of a team that helps each other succeed.

- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

- Have Australian work authorisation.

- Are available to work Tuesday to Friday and Saturdays, during the hours listed above.
