Avis & Budget Car & Truck Rental is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our Bendigo branch. This position is on an ongoing casual basis with a four-month trial period.
Availability is needed for weekdays and weekends.
Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: 8am-12pm
Sunday: 9am-12pm

The Role
This is a customer service and office-based position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and processing rental agreements
- Managing telephone and email enquiries, including reservations
- Preparing and maintaining rental documentation
- Ensuring vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and ready for hire
- Coordinating vehicle movements, deliveries, and returns
- Assisting with fleet management and daily operational tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confidence using multiple computer systems
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- A valid driver's license
- A willingness to learn and progress within the business
